Winners of the 2024 Excellence in Media Awards were announced on September 24 at CONNECT24 on the Gold Coast. The Excellence in Media Awards acknowledges the vision, passion, skill and effort of people and organisations seeking to share the hope of Jesus through media and the arts.

The 2024 awards were announced at the Official Ceremony including Dinner, Special Appearances and Live Entertainment as part of the Connect 24 Conference, on the evening of September 24th at QT Hotel, Gold Coast.

Nova’s New Changes

Nova has confirmed a major national realignment of its on-air lineup. Beginning on Monday February 9, Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie will move out of Sydney Breakfast and into national Drive. Under the new structure, the Ricki-Lee Coulter and Tim Blackwell show will take over Breakfast, replacing the current Fitzy & Wippa and Kate Ritchie team, while Joel Creasey is expected to shift into a full-time role at Nova Perth, leaving the Sydney show.
