In the first GfK Radio 360 Metro Radio Ratings for 2024 the top rating stations were: 2GB in Sydney with 12.7% (+0.6) and 3AW in Melbourne with 14.5% (+0.9). Mark Geyer has announced that he will be joining 2GB and Nine Radio on a three year deal from 2025. The NSW and Australian representative, and 1991 premiership winner with Penrith, will be heard daily on 2GB’s new Drive program, Sydney Now with Clinton Maynard, and also feature weekly on The Continuous Call Team and Wide World of Sports programs.
Charles Darwin University’s (CDU) very own radio station has upgraded to a new state-of-the-art studio in the city’s heart after more than 40 years in its original home. Territory FM relocated to a new broadcast centre in the Danala | Education and Community Precinct in September last year after being based at the CDU Casuarina campus since 1981.
