GfK Radio 360 Metro Radio Survey (8/2024)

In the final 2024 GfK Radio 360 Metro Radio Survey (#8) the top rating station in Sydney has changed once again.  This time it is smooth FM with a share of 12.3% (+2.0) followed by 2GB. GB had a much better survey with Ben Fordham’s breakfast returning to No 1 with 13.7% (+2.8) and retiring Ray Hadley with his morning program also back at No 1 with 13.7 (+2.6). In Melbourne 3AW continued their reign at No 1 with 13.6% (-0.4). In Adelaide, now at the top are 5MMM with 13.7% (+1.1) and in Perth, Nova 93.7 are now No 1 with 14.7% (+0.8). Nova’s New Changes

Nova has confirmed a major national realignment of its on-air lineup. Beginning on Monday February 9, Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie will move out of Sydney Breakfast and into national Drive. Under the new structure, the Ricki-Lee Coulter and Tim Blackwell show will take over Breakfast, replacing the current Fitzy & Wippa and Kate Ritchie team, while Joel Creasey is expected to shift into a full-time role at Nova Perth, leaving the Sydney show.
