Ian Holland has returned to the Highland FM team. He heads the breakfast show Monday to Friday from 6am to 9am. The new Highland FM breakfast show features a mix of contemporary music along with interviews with local personalities, politicians, entertainers and community groups.
In December 2024, he retired as host of the 2ST breakfast show after a 55 year radio career. He began on April 13, 1970 with 2VM Moree. However as Bond once said, ‘never say never again.’

Nova has confirmed a major national realignment of its on-air lineup. Beginning on Monday February 9, Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie will move out of Sydney Breakfast and into national Drive. Under the new structure, the Ricki-Lee Coulter and Tim Blackwell show will take over Breakfast, replacing the current Fitzy & Wippa and Kate Ritchie team, while Joel Creasey is expected to shift into a full-time role at Nova Perth, leaving the Sydney show.
