Kent Small Quits National evening No 1 show

After 13 years broadcasting one of Australia’s most well-known national radio programs, NOVA announcer Kent ‘Smallzy’ Small has announced his departure. Smallzy confirmed he will leave his national program Smallzy’s Surgery after 23 years with the network.

Taking to Instagram to make the announcement, Smallzy described his time hosting the national evening music show as “a ride”. He says: “When I first started the show in 2012, I never would have imagined getting to do the things I have done, from the celebrity interviews, to Nova’s Red Room and travelling the globe covering the biggest events.”
