New Additions at Super Radio Network

The Super Radio Network have “tweaked” their on air programs at NEW FM and 2HD. Luke Hetherington, the station’s Promotions and Marketing Director, reports on LinkedIn – “While we hear others in the media world are cutting local content, we’re doubling down on it! At Sandgate (and across the SRN) we’ve tweaked a few things.”

NEWFM kicks off the day with Nic & Joel on the new breakfast show, while Ari & Krivo (The NOVOS) are now getting a sleep-in taking over the drive home from 3pm! NEWFM is 100% Locally Made!

Just up the hallway on 2HD, Richard King still wakes up the Hunter; following Chris Smith, Brent is back on workdays from Noon and this afternoon we introduced ‘The Hunter Today’ with Dave Cochrane from 3pm .. a new hyper-local arvo show keeping Newcastle and the Hunter informed and talking.

Wayne Browne – a well known Australian talk radio producer – has died following a short hospital stay. He passed away on February 7.
