102.9 Triple M was once again the top rating station in Newcastle in the first GfK Survey for 2025. They had a share of 22.8% (+1.7) for people 10+ from Mon-Sun 5.30am – midnight. Next came Hit 106.9 with 15.2% (-3.3), followed by 2jjj with 11.2% (+1.9) then 105.3 NEW FM with 10.4% (-0.6). Triple M was No 1 in all daytime sessions. They went down 7.9% in evening.
