Kate Ritchie has been arrested for drink-diving after she was pulled over by police in Sydney on Monday August 22. She was stopped by police in Paigewood where she returned a positive breath test, Ritchie has since been fined and had her licence suspended. The driving ban comes just as she is about to make her television comeback as a judge on Australia’s Got Talent.

Southern Cross Austereo cancels three regional breakfast shows
SCA has axed threes shows on the Triple M and Hit Network, as part of a cost cutting exercise that will see between 250 and 300 job losses within the company. (Source: Mumbrella). Among the breakfast show casualties were the Hit Network’s Bronte and Lakey breakfast show, anchored by Bronte Langbroek and Danny Lakey (pictured). The show recorded from Sea FM’s Gold Coast studio, and was simulcast across regional Queensland.
