Phil McNab Departs Hope Media

Phil McNab, longtime Hope Media Sydney Production Manager has left after being with the Christian station Hope 103.2 FM after 21 years. In recent years he also held the role of Creative Director and Content Producer. Previous to his time at Hope he worked at 2WS in commercial production (’95-2002) as well as from 1988-1992, 2GB as production manager (’94-’95), AFTRS – teaching and creative & production in the Radio Department (’92-’94) and a long stint with 2CH as production manager (’85-’88), commercial production (’83-’85) and Religious Production (’80-’83).

Phil is now heading up his own company Sounds Kreative which specialise in radio commercials creative and production.

Nova’s New Changes

Nova has confirmed a major national realignment of its on-air lineup. Beginning on Monday February 9, Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie will move out of Sydney Breakfast and into national Drive. Under the new structure, the Ricki-Lee Coulter and Tim Blackwell show will take over Breakfast, replacing the current Fitzy & Wippa and Kate Ritchie team, while Joel Creasey is expected to shift into a full-time role at Nova Perth, leaving the Sydney show.
