Job Title: Radio General/Sales Manager

Coastal Network 4KZ,Kool FM, 4AM,4AY and KIK FM (all part of the Super Radio Network) are on the lookout for an exceptional General Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural flair for building relationships.
The Role:
As the General Manager, you will be reporting direct to the Group General Manager and be responsible for leading a dynamic team plus have the ability to identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through advertising sales. You will work closely with local and national businesses, helping them to effectively promote their brand through radio advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present tailored advertising solutions to clients, ensuring they meet their marketing objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within media, advertising, or radio (but we are open to talent from other sectors as well).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
