Ron Wilson Exits 2SM

Ron Wilson’s 2SM breakfast show has come to an end. A post on Wilson’s Facebook page on Thursday night (Jun 26) revealed the news and his Friday breakfast show was relayed from Newcastle, hosted by 2HD’s breakfast presenter Richard King.

Wilson shared: “Thanks for the ride 2SM. It was … interesting … while it lasted.”

In December 2024, it was announced that after spending 10 years with smooth FM, Wilson would be hosting the Super Radio Network’s 2SM Breakfast show. Wilson previously worked at Network Ten in Sydney for over 33 years.
