Scott Lamond Departs ABC Wide Bay

Scott Lamond, General Manager at ABC Wide Bay, is moving on after 21 years. He’s accepted a new role as a media advisor.

Prior to returning home to Bundaberg in 2014 he was the Drive host on ABC Gold Coast and has worked all around Australia for ABC Local Radio.

Scott and his family also spent two years in the Pilbara, WA. He was manager and breakfast presenter at ABC North West WA which was the 2012 ABC Regional Station of the Year.

Since 2004, has presented local, state, and national radio programs including The Country Hour, Breakfast, Mornings, Grandstand, Saturday Night Country and more recently Australia All Over. He has also reported for ABC News 24.
