Chilli FM was the most listened to station in Launceston in the latest Xtra Insights Survey (#1/2024) with 31.3% (- 0.5). Next came LAFM with 20.3% (+3.5) followed by ABC Northern Tasmania with 16.3% (-0.8). Chilli FM was the most listened to station in all except sessions except nights. Southern Cross Austereo cancels three regional breakfast shows
SCA has axed threes shows on the Triple M and Hit Network, as part of a cost cutting exercise that will see between 250 and 300 job losses within the company. (Source: Mumbrella). Among the breakfast show casualties were the Hit Network’s Bronte and Lakey breakfast show, anchored by Bronte Langbroek and Danny Lakey (pictured). The show recorded from Sea FM’s Gold Coast studio, and was simulcast across regional Queensland.
