Keith Topolski, 5CC Eyre Peninsula breakfast announcer and copy writer has been “nabbed” by the town’s newly elected state MP. However Keith will continue to host the station’s Saturday Sports Show. The station is currently seeking a new breakfast announcer. See ‘Radio Jobs.’
Ron Wilson Signs on With 2SM
Ron Wilson will host a live and local breakfast show for Sydney on 2SM beginning on January 13. The show will be built around Wilson to replace Richard King’s Newcastle-based program that is currently heard on 2SM in the morning.
To lose one breakfast announcer (5CC) may be regarded as a misfortune, to lose two (+ Magic FM) looks like carelessness!!! (with apologies to Oscar Wilde)
