Another reshuffle for 2Day FM as two presenters leave for Brisbane

Sydney radio station 2Day FM has been rocked by two major departures this week. Host and producer Ellie Angel-Mobbs, described as a ‘stalwart’ of the company, is departing after a decade. She is moving to Brisbane to become an assistant content director at B105, which is also part of Southern Cross Austereo’s Hit Network. Meanwhile, Jamie Angel is also moving to Brisbane to take on the role of creative director at Triple M Brisbane. Angel, who is married to Angel-Mobbs, held various senior creative positions during his 11 years at 2DayFM, and even anchored the breakfast show from 2019 to 2020.
