Australian Podcast Ranker – October 2021

In this month’s Triton Australian Podcast Ranker the same top three podcasts remain in both the Top 100 Ranker and Top 100 All-Australian Ranker, including, Casefile True Crime (Audioboom), Hamish & Andy (LiSTNR – SCA) and Life Uncut with Brittany Hockley and Laura Byrne (ARN/iHeartMedia). The Top Podcast Ranker and All-Australian Top 100 Ranker are ranked by monthly listeners, in accordance with the latest IAB Podcast Technical Measurement Guidelines. The Australian Podcast Ranker provides insight into the Top 100 Podcasts as well as the Top 10 Publishers in Australia from 1 October through 31 October, 2021, as measured by Triton’s Podcast Metrics measurement service.

There have been several debuts for the Top 100 Ranker from, SmartLess (Wondery), Over My Dead Body (Wondery) and Suspect (Wondery). Also, some of the debuts for the Top 100 All-Australian Ranker are Bondi Badlands (Nine Publishing), Where’s Your Head At? (DM Podcasts), The Sydney Siege (Podshape) and more.

GfK Radio 360 Metro Radio Survey (6/2024)

In the latest GfK Radio 360 Metro Radio Survey (6/2024) there was quite a bit of movement. The top rating station in Sydney this survey was KIIS 1065 with 10.8% (+0.1) replacing long time leader 2GB (-3.1), now 10.2%. KISS are just ahead of WS FM with 10.7% (+1.3). In Melbourne 3AW continued their reign at No 1 with 14.9% (+0.2). In Adelaide, MIX102.3 was the new top rating station with 13.5% (+1.3). In Brisbane B105 remained at No 1 with 12.7% (-0.6). In Perth, 96FM moved into the No 1 spot with 15.2% (-0.9).
