Gavin now spending More Magic Time

Gavin Miller (ex Gold FM) has been hosting the Classic Hits Countdown for the past couple of months on Magic 1278. From next Tuesday April 26, Gavin will be joining Magic on a more regular basis. He will be hosting 10am to 1pm weekdays, incorporating the ‘Magic Lunchbox’ from Midday.

The best music from the 60’s and 70s, with Gavin’s unique take on growing up throughout those years. Not just the music… the TV shows, the movies, the fashion and the fun.

Gavin says: “I’ve had such a great time working with ACE Radio on the Classic Hits Countdown, and I love the music Magic 1278 plays, so I’m super-excited to be joining the Magic 1278 weekday lineup. Just wait ’til you hear the musical treats we’re lining up for the Magic Lunchbox, and the best bit is you can listen in all sorts of ways beyond the AM dial. That is such a game-changer in terms of sound quality. There’s DAB+, online at magic1278.com.au, or my personal favourite, the Magic 1278 app.”

Ace Radio content director – Metro Jon Vertigan added: “I’ve always been such a big fan of Gavin’s on air work. He is such a great communicator and connects so well with the Magic audience. We are beyond excited to have him as part of our workday lineup”
