Lee And Jess Announce Their Final Show Together

Listeners along the North West Coast of Tasmania have been waking up to Lee & Jess for Breakfast for many years, and now their journey has come to an end. After 7 years on-air together (that’s 2,000 shows), Jess Bennett will be moving to afternoons on Sea FM until she goes on maternity leave in September, and Lee Dixon will be hosting a new show on 7AD and 7BU called The Home Run.

They both live locally, they have families here, they are settled, and they both love radio. Jerry Sheers says: “They should be very proud of what they have achieved together. As a Content Director I’ve had the privilege of working with them and watching them grow. They are loved and respected by the staff, our listeners, and our clients. They are the best Breakfast team I have had the pleasure of working with.”

Their last show on-air together is this Friday, 23rd July.
