Relish Comes To Melbourne Radio

Melbourne’s Easy Music 3MP is excited to announce the launch of the new weekly food, wine and travel show, RELISH. Hosted by Kate Stevenson, RELISH aims to explore all the things we… relish! It’s about the joy of great food, good wine, and adventurous travel, and it kicks off this Saturday 27th February at 8am.

Each week Kate Stevenson will discover the people and places that make this city, and this state, one of the greatest culinary and cultural destinations, with a little inspiration from further afield thrown in too.

She’ll speak to leaders in the Melbourne’s dining, hospitality, and tourism scenes, as well as update listeners on the latest industry news and dining tips and play Melbourne’s Easy Favorites.

3MP General Manager Mark Taylor says, “It is extremely exciting to have Kate Join the 3MP team with RELISH. Her passion for the Melbourne food and wine scene will bring a new dimension to 3MP weekends.”

First up this Saturday, Kate will chat with the Peruvian chef who has become Gippsland’s greatest ambassador, will get tips on bayside dining from Seven’s Jacqui Felgate and more.

Kate will be known to Melbourne food and travel lovers through her work reviewing restaurants on 3AW, and as former co-host of radio and television’s popular, “A Moveable Feast”.

RELISH with Kate Stevenson is sponsored by Diamond Celebrations – Food for all occasions.

About Kate

Kate has lived and breathed radio since returning from a three-year travel stint over 15 years ago, and she’s since been able to combine that passion with a love of food, wine, and travel – reviewing restaurants and hosting radio and TV programs in Melbourne over the last decade.

She’s as happy eating Vegemite on fresh white bread as she is devouring a multi-course degustation, and so far in her travels, there’s no menu item she’s refused to try. Home in Melbourne’s western suburbs, she’s enjoying a proliferation of pubs, and taking foster greyhounds for walks along the beach.
