Vale Don Foster (1960-2022)

Former radio man Don Foster (born Donald Trenery) has died aged 62. He did his radio training at Clarke Sinclair’s 3SA radio school. He worked at several stations including 3SR Shepparton, 3WM Horsham, SA FM Adelaide, 2CC/2CA Canberra, Triple M Sydney. NXFM Newcastle and Triple M Brisbane. After leaving radio in the late ’90s he got a job as a travel guide. He went on to have published travel stories in Lonely Planet Guide and the Brisbane magazine, Scene.

His funeral service is to be held at George Hartnett Metropolitan Chapel, 42 Gaza Road Holland Park West at 11:30am Tues 16 August.Followed by burial at Great Southern Memorial Park.
