Hit 103.1 rated No 1 station in the latest Xtra Insights Townsville survey for 2021. They had a share of 20.4% (+0.1). They were followed by Triple M with 16.9% (-4.8), then Star 106.3 with 15.3% (+0.7) and Power 100 with 10% (-1.8). Grant Broadcasters General Manager, Paul Woodhouse said “The entire team work tirelessly to support the community, our stations are focussed on local content, and this result is a reflection of being Townsville’s true leaders in local”.

Nova has confirmed a major national realignment of its on-air lineup. Beginning on Monday February 9, Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie will move out of Sydney Breakfast and into national Drive. Under the new structure, the Ricki-Lee Coulter and Tim Blackwell show will take over Breakfast, replacing the current Fitzy & Wippa and Kate Ritchie team, while Joel Creasey is expected to shift into a full-time role at Nova Perth, leaving the Sydney show.
