Chris Ilsley Back On radio

Forever Classic 6iX has announced that Perth radio icon Chris Ilsley will be back where he belongs on 6iX Sunday Nights in 2021. Chris Ilsley is a highly respected radio ‘Perthonality’. The Chris Ilsley Project will provide the latest news, sport, entertainment, celebrity guests and forever classic favourites, every Sunday night from 6pm to midnight. This will be the only live and local music show on radio in Perth. Chris will add his own unique brand of humor, warmth and an intimate knowledge of Perth to 6iX’s Sunday nights.

“Evening Radio is all about having a friend to listen to and keep you company so we’re thrilled Chris will be joining the 6iX family. We’re confident this will be the first of many projects we’ll be launching with Chris in 2021″ Evan Broadway, General Manager, 6iX.

“I’m looking forward to joining the team at Forever Classic 6iX. I know and love the music you enjoy on 6iX and can’t wait to jump on and play some great tunes. “
Chris Ilsley, 6iX Sunday Nights “Chris brings the average age of our announcers slightly down and compliments a strong local weekend line up of John Burgess, Jukebox Saturday Night and the 60’s Soundtrack with Mike
Parry. 6iX continues to invest in live and local talent while other stations look to East Coast programming.”
Brad Pottinger, Program Director 6iX
