Herbie To Drive You Home On K Rock!

Natalie “Herbie” Herbstreit is set to join Josh Jeans for the drive home on K rock 95.5. After starting her career with Grant Broadcasters in Port Augusta, Herbie spent several years with SCA in the Riverina and Goulburn Valley before suffering a huge setback along with a bunch of her colleagues when SCA axed 19 of its regional breakfast shows in August 2020.

Herbie says, “I’m absolutely leaping over the full moon to be joining the K rock family. Working in Geelong has always been a dream of mine, so I can’t wait to see what content Josh and I can create.”

“Herbie is an exciting emerging talent and the naturally organic chemistry with Josh in off-air trials was worth exploring further. I’m really looking forward to hearing them develop under Barry Keohane’s guidance.” said Grant Broadcasters Group Content Director Ryan Rathbone.

Herbie and Josh will broadcast live from K rock 95.5’s Geelong studios 3pm – 7pm weekdays and are committed to creating unique local content that connects the people of Geelong to the city they live in.

“I’m excited to work with Herbie, she’s got great banter and is no stranger to Geelong and the Surf Coast. I have no doubt she will fit in perfectly. I can definitely see her becoming a regular along Pako” said Josh Jeans.

Herbie and Josh’s first show will be Monday April 12th. on K rock 95.5
