In the latest GfK Radio 360 Survey (#5/2023), talk stations 2GB Sydney and 3AW Melbourne continue their reign at No 1. 2GB with a share of 11.6% (-0.2) and 3AW with 16.7% (+2.1). Nova 106.9 in Brisbane was the top rating station with 11.6% (-0.2) whilst Nova 93.7 in Perth was No 1 with 18.1% (+1.1). Mix 102.3 in Adelaide returns to No 1 with 12.6% (+0.7). Alex ‘Strawny’ Strachan has wrapped up his final shift, as he departs his role on Triple M Mid North Coast Breakfast to take care of his mental health. Strawny took over Breakfast from his dad Mark Strachan OAM at the beginning of this year.
Aiden Grant will join Geelong’s 96three as Assistant Content Director and Drive show host. He moves from Christian station 1079 Life FM Adelaide, where he has lived for the past 10 years. He has also worked for SAFM and Nova in Adelaide as well as K-Rock in Geelong.
