Former Deputy Editor for Bendigo Weekly Steve Kendall has joined GOLD Central Victoria. Steve will be joining Mark “Robbo” Robinson on breakfast covering everything local, national and international with a mix of news, views, music and entertainment with “The Wake Up Call with Robbo & Steve”. GOLD Central Victoria Content Director Daniel Brewer says, “It’s exciting to welcome someone so connected with the community into our team, Steve is a significant local news personality and his chemistry with Robbo was fantastic in the trial shows and I look forward to our listeners engaging with them from Monday. Nova’s New Changes

Nova has confirmed a major national realignment of its on-air lineup. Beginning on Monday February 9, Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie will move out of Sydney Breakfast and into national Drive. Under the new structure, the Ricki-Lee Coulter and Tim Blackwell show will take over Breakfast, replacing the current Fitzy & Wippa and Kate Ritchie team, while Joel Creasey is expected to shift into a full-time role at Nova Perth, leaving the Sydney show.
