Jennifer Hansen leaves Smooth FM

Smooth FM breakfast host Jennifer Hansen has departed the show after nine years. Hansen said she made the decision to turn off the alarm clock alongside Mike Perso to pursue other opportunities. “It’s just time,’’ she said. “I love working in media and I feel it’s time for a change.” (Source: Herald Sun)

Hansen has been a journalist and presenter on Melbourne’s More Music Breakfast Show, as well as a member of the Smooth FM team, since joining in March 2014. She also intends to spend more time with husband, actor and musician Alan Fletcher, a longtime Neighbours character.
