One In, One Out For Magic 931 Breakfast Show

A fresh face for the Magic931 breakfast show has arrived, just as a long-time member of the team is set to depart. Brooke Humble has started in the breakfast announcer position at Riverland Broadcasters in Berri, SA. She is a local Riverlander, joining a predominantly local programming team. Brooke has hit the ground running, co-hosting the breakfast show with Jonathan “Scudda” Skewes from her third day in the office. Brooke says she is “looking forward to getting started in this role. It’s an exciting new adventure!”

Scudda also announced on the same day, that he was leaving the Riverland in April. After almost 2 years on breakfast (and 4.5 years at Riverland Broadcasters), Scudda is off to work on Jase and PJs breakfast show at KIIS 101.1 in Melbourne. “It was an opportunity that I just couldn’t pass up”, says Scudda. “Working with Jase and PJ and the KIIS Melbourne team is a dream come true, but it will be hard to leave Magic931 and the Riverland. It’s where I’ve grown up and where I started my radio career. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Brooke for a couple of weeks now and have no doubt the Riverland is in good hands! She’s an absolute star in the making and I know the Magic audience will love her.” (See ‘Radio Jobs’ if you wish to replace “Scudda.”)
