Stan Shaw Returns To ABC South West

ABC South West WA has announced that Stan Shaw is returning to the region to present the breakfast program in 2024.  His first program is on Monday 5 February.

“I can’t wait to get back to the best region in Australia,” Stan says. “I love the South West.  “I look forward to reconnecting with the locals, sharing the stories that matter and interviewing the quirky characters.”

Stan was a favourite on South West radio for years before doing a stint at ABC Radio Perth.

He says he’s looking forward to not only catching up with his beloved audience but also enjoying everything the South West has to offer – from mountain biking trails to camping spots and breweries.

“I started my ABC radio journey 14 years ago in Albany and since then I have presented programs all over WA,” he says.  “To be honest, South West breakfast is my absolute favourite. But don’t tell the others.”
