Sports Entertainment Network, Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Perth/Adelaide

About us:
Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) is one of the largest sports media content and entertainment businesses, with the unique capability to deliver brand stories to national and international audiences, across Australia and New Zealand. This is achieved via multiple platforms including radio, print, television, digital, in-stadium and events. SEN is a dynamic sport led business on an exciting growth journey and we’re looking for match fit talent to join our passionate team.

About the role and you:
SEN is excited to present the rare opportunity for an up-and-coming broadcaster to join its high-profile sporting on-air team as Overnights host.

As Australia’s largest sports media, content and entertainment business, SEN is on the hunt for hosts for its overnights programming.

Working from either our Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth studios, you will possess a love of all sports (particularly AFL and NRL), and a level of on-air experience to allow you to host a 4-hour solo shift.

Working either full time or part time, you will work 11pm – 3am AEDT up to five nights per week, with the show airing across SEN’s network around Australia. (In daylight saving this is 8pm – midnight in Perth!).

We want someone who can host, produce and panel their own sports talk radio show. The successful candidate will have experience in all three areas.

You will need to have experience with radio playout systems, be proficient in audio editing, and a knowledge and understanding of Australian broadcasting standards and laws, including defamation.

You will also need to be active on SEN’s social media accounts and be able to engage with SEN’s passionate audience on a nightly basis.

If this sounds like you, please send your resume and aircheck to SEN’s Content Manager Julian Bayard
